What Wacky ladies are about....
-We want to venerate ladies who are doing cool shit despite their existence in a hegemonic patriarchy, whether they acknowledge it or not.
-We want to eventually create a tangible, sustainable, profitable space where chicks, young and old (trans and cis) can create art, hang out, play music, attend & organize workshops, shamelessly eat nutella straight from the jar, and host frequent art exhibits, concerts, film screenings, etc without caving to external pressures from friends/partners/bill o'reilly/whatever.
-We want to positively influence younger women and encourage them to develop their artistic voices in whatever media they choose.
-This is a girl's club, meaning that it is inherently feminist but your work does not have to have overtly feminist themes.
